He further instructed security agencies to track down the bandits responsible for the attack on the church.The President, who was expected to depart Abuja today for the 20th G20 Leaders’ Summit in South Africa before proceeding to Angola for the 7th AU–EU Summit, suspended his travel plans due to growing security concerns.President Tinubu is awaiting detailed reports from Vice President Kashim Shettima—who visited Kebbi on his behalf—as well as from the Nigeria Police Force and the Department of State Services regarding the Kwara attack.He reaffirmed his directive to security agencies to intensify efforts and ensure the safe rescue of the 24 abducted schoolgirls.
