According to her, gratitude and unwavering faith must remain the watchwords of the women as they move forward in 2026.Fulton specifically admonished the women to intensify prayers for Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, his wife and family, as well as for enduring peace and unity in the state. She expressed confidence that the same God who sustained the Governor, his family and the people of Rivers State through moments of despair in the previous year remains the immeasurable, prayer-answering God who never changes.She further assured the women of the goodwill and appreciation of Governor Fubara and his wife for their consistent prayers and support, not only for the Rivers State leadership but also for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the First Lady of the nation, Senator Oluremi Tinubu.The prayer session, led by ministers of God, featured intense praise, worship and intercessory prayers. With raised voices and solemn declarations, the women proclaimed peace, prosperity, good governance and divine order over Rivers State, its leaders and its people.Declaring their collective faith, the women affirmed their confidence in God’s sovereignty over the future.“As women of faith, we stand firm knowing that the future is secure in God’s hands. God is in control! Believe it! Know it!
