Area Commands, tactical units and divisional formations have also been fully mobilised to prevent criminal activities and guarantee swift response to any security threats.The Commissioner of Police reassured residents and visitors of the Command’s unwavering commitment to the protection of lives and property throughout the festive period. He urged the public to remain vigilant, obey the law and cooperate with security agencies by providing credible and timely information.Residents were also advised to make use of designated emergency lines, including the Command Response Unit and Control Room numbers, for prompt assistance when necessary.The Command warned individuals with criminal intentions to steer clear of unlawful acts, stressing that offenders will be arrested and prosecuted in accordance with the law.The police further extended goodwill messages to residents, wishing them a peaceful and secure Easter celebration.
