A Rivers State High Court has dismissed a move by Chukwuemeka Aaron and others, loyalists of FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, to appeal their sack as PDP executives.

Justice Stephen Jumbo ruled that since PDP had already appealed the judgment nullifying the congresses that produced them, their application lacked merit.
