Governor Alex Otti of Abia State is set to visit Ngwu Uzuakoli in Bende LGA on Friday, June 20, 2025, for the official commissioning of a state-of-the-art Primary Health Centre (PHC) under the ambitious “Project Ekwueme” initiative. The facility, already operational, is part of the Governor’s plan to deliver 200 fully equipped PHCs across the state, aimed at transforming grassroots healthcare.

Following the commissioning, the Governor will grace a civic reception at Practising School, Uzuakoli, in honour of the Bende North lawmaker in the Abia State House of Assembly. The event reflects a spirit of bipartisan collaboration and Governor Otti’s commitment to inclusive, people-centered governance.
