Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, on Tuesday paid a surprise visit to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume, at his Maitama residence in Abuja.

Describing the meeting as warm and insightful, Governor Alia shared that the private interaction was marked by mutual respect, unity, and deep reflection on key issues affecting both Benue State and the nation at large.

The visit, he noted, also reaffirmed their shared commitment to the continued progress and development of the state and Nigeria as a whole.
