Solomon Dalung, who served as Nigeria’s Minister of Youth and Sports under President Muhammadu Buhari from 2015 to 2019, has officially left the All Progressives Congress (APC) and joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

Dalung, a former lecturer at the University of Jos and ex-Chairman of Langtang South LGA in Plateau State, is the latest high-profile defection to the ADC amid growing opposition realignment ahead of the 2027 elections.
