The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has officially commenced preparations for the upcoming 2025 bye-elections across 12 states, with the National Working Committee (NWC) approving the sale of Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms beginning Thursday, July 3, 2025, and closing Thursday, July 10, 2025.

In a press statement issued by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Debo Ologunagba, the PDP urged eligible and interested party members to obtain their forms at the PDP National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja. The deadline for submission of completed forms is set for Friday, July 11, 2025.

The bye-elections will take place in constituencies across Adamawa, Anambra, Edo, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Kogi, Niger, Ogun, Oyo, Taraba, and Zamfara States, covering both National and State Assembly seats.

The NWC assured party leaders, stakeholders, and members of a transparent and credible nomination process as the PDP aims to reclaim legislative seats and consolidate its strength nationwide.
