According to official statements, anyone caught attempting to deceive U.S. immigration authorities will be permanently barred from entering the country. The policy is part of a broader effort to protect the integrity of the U.S. immigration system and discourage fraudulent practices.

U.S. embassies and consulates around the world have amplified the warning. The U.S. Embassy in Lilongwe took to Facebook to caution applicants that submitting fake documents could result in a permanent visa ban. Similarly, the U.S. Embassy in Morocco emphasized that visa fraud is a serious offense with lifelong consequences, while the U.S. Consulate in Mumbai urged individuals via Instagram to “tell the truth and protect your travel future.”
