The operations led to the disruption of multiple terrorist supply routes and the arrest of seven suspected logistics suppliers. Seized items included motorcycles, food supplies, fuel, communication devices and other materials critical to insurgent operations.

Troops also launched successful raids and ambushes in Gwoza, Kaga, Bama, Monguno and Konduga Local Government Areas, neutralizing several terrorists and foiling planned attacks.

Among notable arrests was a suspect caught with unauthorized Starlink satellite internet equipment and another found with large quantities of hard drugs. Recovered from various scenes were arms, improvised explosive device (IED) components and advanced communication gear.

In a related development, ten family members of terrorists voluntarily surrendered to troops in Bama LGA, while a major interception on 22 July resulted in the seizure of high-tech equipment and supplies en route to Gamboru.

The Chief of Army Staff commended the troops for their bravery and operational efficiency, reaffirming the Nigerian Army’s unwavering resolve to eliminate terrorism and restore lasting peace to the region.
