A veteran journalist with indescribable debonair, Mrs. Kate Sam-Ngbor was recently conferred with the prestigious Chieftaincy title of _Birabeke Neewa 1_ of Kpite-Tai in Tai Local Government Area of Rivers State.

The conferment conducted by the Paramount Ruler of Kpite, and Gbenemene of Tai Kingdom, His Majesty, King Samuel Nnee, is apparently in honour of years of contributions to the growth of Tai, Rivers State and humanity through her impeccable works and services.

The impact of Mrs. Kate Sam-Ngbor as a seasoned journalist and philanthropist has without doubt given uncommon visibility to his hometown, Kpite-Tai and the people deemed it fit to honour such ebullient and fastidious woman of no mean repute with the highest Chieftaincy title that confers her the right as a member of the Kpite Grand Council of Chiefs and Elders with all rights and privileges.
