Port Harcourt, Sept. 3, 2025 – The Rivers Professionals for Sim (RPS) have congratulated Hon. James A. James on his election and swearing-in as Executive Chairman of Opobo/Nkoro Local Government Area of Rivers State.

In a message signed by its convener, Adata Bio-Briggs Esq., the group described James’ emergence as a reflection of the trust and confidence reposed in him by the people of Opobo/Nkoro.

“We celebrate this triumph as a testament to your leadership, vision, and commitment to public service,” the statement read.

The group assured the new chairman of its support in driving development in the area, pledging collaboration to achieve shared goals and aspirations.

“As you assume this new responsibility, we assure you of our unwavering support and collaboration in driving progress and development in our beloved Local Government Area,” the message added.
