The Lagos State Government has reportedly demolished the car showroom owned by popular auto dealer and social media influencer, Ola of Lagos.
Viral videos circulating online show the structure being pulled down, just months after its official opening. The reason for the demolition has not yet been made public by the authorities.
Reacting to the incident via his Instagram stories, Ola of Lagos confirmed the demolition but maintained a positive outlook. He reassured his followers that his business operations remain active and announced plans to unveil a new showroom, “OOL Autos,” which he described as “bigger and better.”
Expressing gratitude to his supporters, the influencer reflected on past challenges, stating that despite suffering significant losses, he remains thankful and motivated to continue.
“OOL Autos New Showroom coming soon… Bigger and better insha Allah. We’re still active! Pending the time our new office will be ready, you can call or WhatsApp for clean cars as usual,” he wrote.
Ola, who rose to fame through car review videos and luxury auto content, has continued to receive messages of support from fans and industry colleagues following the incident.
As of press time, the Lagos State Government had not issued an official statement regarding the demolition.
