In what appears as train of consequences and the most traumatic trend in modern history against a royal member of England, King Charles seek to erase every link with his 65yrs old brother Andrew over his ties to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

Jeffrey Epstein was an American financier and child sex offender, Born and raised in New York City, who cultivated an elite social circle that procured women and children whom he and his associates sexually abused.

A Florida court filing on 30 December 2014 by a  lawyers called Bradley J. Edwards and Paul G. Cassell alleged that Andrew was one of several prominent figures to have participated in sexual activities with a minor later identified as Virginia Giuffre, who was ballegedly trafficked for sex by Epstein. Giuffre (then known by her maiden name Virginia Roberts) asserted that she was raped by Andrew on three occasions, including a trip to London in 2001 when she was 17, and later in New York and on Little Saint James, U.S. Virgin Islands. She alleged Epstein paid her $15,000 to have sex with Andrew in London.

Virginia Giuffre was an American and Australian advocate for survivors of sex trafficking and one of the most prominent accusers of the child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. In 2015, Giuffre founded Victims Refuse Silence, a U.S. non-profit organization dedicated to supporting survivors. The organization was relaunched as Speak Out, Act, Reclaim (SOAR) in November 2021. She provided detailed accounts to numerous American and British reporters about being trafficked by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

In her post memoir, Giuffre describes Andrew as “friendly enough but entitled as if he believed having sex with her was his birthright.” She alleges she had sex with the prince on different occasions. Meanwhile early this month British tabloid published a correspondence between Andrew and Epstein from 2011, the message reveals Andrew has told Epstein \" that they should keep close touch and that day will play almost soon\".

Andrew has since 2019 been forced to quit all his royal duties and stripped of his military links and patronages. Earlier this month he was forced to stop using the title of the Duke of York and will be know as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and the Royal lodge at West London Will no longer be his home as he will be moving to a private property at Sandringham East London.
