In a public notice issued by the university management, the new security measure is scheduled to take effect from March 9, 2026, as part of efforts to strengthen access control and enhance safety within the campus.

According to the policy guidelines, all staff and students are required to wear their official identity cards visibly at all times while on campus. The notice stressed that anyone without a valid identification card will not be allowed into the university premises through either the main or satellite entrances.

The management also directed that students who fail to display valid ID cards will be denied entry to lectures, examinations and other academic activities. Similarly, staff members are expected to keep their identification cards visible in their offices and while carrying out official duties across the campus.

For visitors, the university stated that proper identification must be provided at the gate, including clear disclosure of their mission before being granted access to the campus.

The notice further indicated that enforcement personnel have been authorized to monitor compliance with the directive, urging all members of the university community to cooperate with security officials to ensure strict adherence to the new access control policy.
